JUST PRETEND I DON'T EXIST AND MOVE ALONG

Reef walked into his dimly lit room and looked around, trailing his feet slowly towards his bed and sitting down, rubbing his arm and sighing. He placed one of his paws onto a large book, flicking through the pages with a slight rustle of paper; He closed it and gazed behind him, staring silently at a small plush lying next to his pillow. He tucked his knees underneath himself and reached forward to grab it, moving it towards his chest in a tight hug before sliding himself off of the bed and grabbing his book, keeping the blue plush close to him. He walked slowly towards the door, placing a paw on the handle. He took one last glance around the room and opened the door, walking out into the fresh morning air.

He walked awkwardly towards the portal, still keeping a tight grip on the plush, he looked around quickly and froze when he spotted a light grey cyre standing behind him ''I wouldn't do that if I were you'' he said simply, crossing his arms and watching Reef almost curiously. Reef stared at him in surprise for a while before turning away back to look into the portal; They both stood in silence for a while until Alistair shrugged and rolled his eyes ''Suit yourself'' he growled quietly ''Just make sure you come back later and tell me where it leads'' Reef narrowed his eyes and begun to walk into the portal and gave a quick thumbs up to him nervously.
